This file archive contains necessary EDD and IRS documents, as well as a an introductory letter and a generic invoice in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats. The invoice is for your use in the event that you are new to invoicing. Please feel free to use this or your own invoice. In either case, this gives you an idea of what information to include in your invoice. The Word version can be edited and sent to us via mail, fax or email. The PDF version can be printed, filled out by hand and either faxed or mailed to us. Thank you!
